IAM Architect

IAM Architect - IGA - Sailpoint - PAM - (Long Term Contract)This is a six month contract role, with the possibility of extension, for an experienced IAM Architect to lead identity governance initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will drive the design and delivery of identity and access management solutions, working closely with security and infrastructure teams to improve access controls and reduce risk.Responsibilities:Design and implement identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.Architect IAM frameworks that align with enterprise security policies and compliance requirements.Lead the configuration and integration of SailPoint with target systems including HR platforms, directories, and cloud services.Define and enforce role based access control models, access certification processes, and joiner, mover, leaver workflows.Provide technical guidance on privileged access management strategy and tooling.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document architecture decisions, and support delivery to agreed timelines.Key Skills and Experience:Proven experience as an IAM Architect with deep SailPoint expertise (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).Strong background in IGA including role management, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise directories such as Active Directory or LDAP.Solid understanding of IAM security principles, compliance frameworks, and least privilege access.Desirable Skills:Experience with PAM tooling such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.Familiarity with cloud IAM across AWS, Azure, or GCP.Relevant certifications in SailPoint or broader identity and security disciplines.
