Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pawnbroker position located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Pawnbroker will be responsible for assisting customers with loans and purchases, evaluating items for value, ensuring proper documentation, managing transactions efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying the authenticity of items, and contributing to a friendly and professional store environment. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team membersBasic Computer Literacy skills to handle inventory systems and financial transactionsExperience in Customer Service and an ability to provide a superior customer experienceLeadership abilities, including experience with Hiring, training, and mentoring staffAttention to detail and integrity in handling cash, evaluating items, and processing transactionsWillingness to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth MetroplexPrevious experience in retail, sales, or a related field is a plus
