The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' insurance needs. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, addressing concerns, assisting with policy updates, and delivering exceptional service to promote customer satisfaction.
