Bartender

Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. This role involves serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a memorable experience for patrons in a lively environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and friendliness. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and food safety protocols. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments accurately using retail math and cash handling skills. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours and special events such as catering or banquets. Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing signs of intoxication and adhering to alcohol service regulations. Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant, nightclub, or banquet service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Experience in fine dining or catering environments enhances your ability to deliver high-quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Previous experience with brewing or beverage preparation adds value to your skill set. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or events.
