Cath Lab RN - Wellsville, Ohio

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide expert care in the Cath Lab on a 13-week contract assignment. This role requires proficiency in Cath Lab procedures and a strong commitment to patient safety and positive outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with an interdisciplinary medical team.Schedule/Hours: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each, during day shifts On-call duty: Monday-Friday 2:30 pm to 6:00 am Weekend on-call: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am to 6:00 am Expect to take call two days per week and participate in three weekends on-call within a six-week period. Qualifications: Valid and active RN license in Ohio Minimum of one year Cath Lab RN experience preferred Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to function effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care throughout the cardiac catheterization process Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring Collaborate with physicians and Cath Lab team to ensure optimal outcomes Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards Follow all infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in code situations as required This assignment offers a highly professional environment where your Cath Lab nursing expertise will be valued and your contributions will make a direct impact on patient care.
