IT Field Service Rep
Objective:
In this full-time position, the employee will be asked to perform IT preventative maintenance and insure the best environmental controls possible for IT equipment. They will advise company personnel regarding proper operation of various IT equipment. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
Our expectations are that you:
Are available to work full time hours
Are available to work overtime as needed
Live in, or within commuting distance of the assigned territory
Are willing to travel within the assigned territory
Can repairIT equipment including PCs, printers, cameras and telephone equipment
Can assist in the installation and maintenance of IT software applications as required
Can assist locations with the care and operation of IT equipment
Can schedule and perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment

Highly qualified candidates will bring:
2 year IT technical certification or equivalent work experience is required
2 years of experience installing and servicing networking and communications equipment
1 year of IT customer support experience
Valid Class E drivers licensewith proof of excellent driving record
Experience with fiber optic cabling or willingness to learn
Experience in Networking and Networking systems or willingness to learn
