This includes providing oversight of the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of releasedapplications. This role is also responsible for providing insights and recommendations to inform the roadmap and overall health and care of the larger portfolio.What You Will DoLeads a team in support of achieving the company's mission. Manages performance and fosters an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.Manages engineering services in the design, build, and maintenance of solutions within a set of technology products and/or services; oversees the translation of business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions.Influences and establishes best-in-class engineering practices through solid design decisions; conducts regular code reviews to ensure teams are adhering to best practices; is directly involved with resolving defects at the code and platform levels.Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management.Designs solutions leveraging microservice architecture and relies on event and data-driven application programming interface integration.Partners with product team members to help inform the priorities within a set of products, applications, and/or services.Leads team through all technology solution development phases by ensuring team understands and adheres to company methodology, policies, standards, and controls.
