Primary duties include:Surface Preparation: Mechanically profile concrete using industrial diamond grinders, vacuums, and crack-repair systems to ensure maximum adhesion.Coating Application: Mix and apply polyurea base coats, broadcast decorative flakes, and roll clear top coats according to manufacturer specifications. Equipment Management: Load/unload trucks, maintain high-powered plural-component spray or mixing equipment, and keep jobsites clean and organized.Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients on-site and ensure the finished project meets 5-star quality standardsQualifications & RequirementsExperience: (2+) years of hands-on home improvement, painting, or concrete coating experience (Preferred but not strictly required—we will train the right, coachable candidate).Physical Fitness: Capable of frequent bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to (70\) lbs.Work Ethic: High attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a reliable, on-time mindset.License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)Pass a DOT physical & drug testTeam orientedAble to participate daily in physical laborSaturdays requiredBe friendly & respectful towards customers and their propertyMechanical aptitudeProblem-solving skillsGeneral knowledge of technologyWe Offer Our Team MembersStarting hourly Rate $24/hr4 performance-based bonuses throughout the yearSteady year-round work (includes time & a half after 40 hours)Potential for advancement & yearly performance reviewMedical/Dental (Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO Network) & Vision (VSP)401(k) (Charles Schwab) which includes a matching programLife & Disability insurance (Lincoln Financial)Generous Paid Time Off/Sick Pay ProgramContinued training & career developmentEmployee discounts on all products we sell
