Production Manager (Film, Music, & Social Media)

About the Role: We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee film, social media, and music productions from start to finish. This role leans heavily toward film production experience while also supporting music and social content workflows. You will manage production schedules, crew, equipment, media organization, and office workflows, while also editing and light tour management. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role in a small but growing creative company—ideal for someone looking to gain deeper experience in production management, content creation, and behind-the-scenes tour operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage film, music, and social content productions. Oversee pre-production planning, production schedules, call sheets, and crew, band, and cast coordination. Manage equipment inventory, organization, maintenance, and media backup workflows. Operate cameras on set and lead editing of video content for film, music, and social projects. Coordinate and communicate with talent, clients, and crew to keep projects on track. Support light tour management duties, including helping with travel logistics, organizing gear, and on-site coordination during local/regional shows. Oversee office organization and help maintain a smooth production environment. Ensure timely delivery of assets for social media posting schedules. Assist in managing production budgets and keeping projects within scope. Qualifications: 1–3 years of film production or production coordination experience (required). Comfort with social media production workflows. Experience with video editing software. Experience operating film cameras. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and keep projects organized. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable with light travel and occasional weekend/evening production days. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bonus Skills: Experience with music industry or tour logistics. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of lighting/audio on set.
