We're working with a leading consulting firm that provides highly specialized expertise in systems engineering, offering innovative solutions for complex technical challenges across various industries.The Role Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents for software, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and hardware Develop system-level documentation and assembly/test procedures in partnership with technical teams Create instruction manuals, how-to guides, and journal articles to simplify complex information Participate in project team meetings and reviews, maintaining document configuration control Employ photos, diagrams, and tables to enhance technical content Assist with maintaining web pages, wikis, presentations, and reports, including graphical contentWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree with proven writing, copy editing, and organizational skills 5+ years of experience in technical writing within an engineering and fabrication environment Experience writing manuals, test plans, and procedures for technical audiences Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint Ability to work with interdisciplinary staff to determine documentation needs Interim Secret clearance, with a strong preference for active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain TSWhat's On Offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic engineering environment with evolving designs Collaboration with internal technical staff and external program partners Exposure to digital tools like Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Potential for growth into higher security clearance levelsApply via Haystack today!
