We partner with collision centers nationwide and deploy mobile units into new markets through a highly operational, field-driven model.We are building a team focused on execution, accountability, and scalable growth.About the RoleAs an Account Executive at ADAS Safe, you will lead B2B market development from initial scouting through operational launch. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, securing accounts, supporting field launch execution, and helping establish stable, scalable markets.You will serve as the commercial lead during market launches, working closely with technicians, regional managers, and sales leadership to support successful market entry and long-term client adoption.Responsibilities Scout and qualify new market opportunitiesBuild and manage a pipeline of high-volume accountsGenerate new business and establish strong client relationshipsBe present in the field during market launches to align clients and operationsLead client onboarding and establish billing workflow processesMonitor market health, flag risks proactively, and support issue resolutionMaintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reportingQualifications2+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to generate new businessComfortable with frequent travel and independent territory managementStrong CRM discipline and forecasting capabilitiesStrong business development, relationship management, and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to lead through ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-moving environmentsSelf-starter with a hands-on, execution-oriented approachAutomotive, collision repair, mobility, or field service experience is a strong plusCompensation$65,000-$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure (OTE up to $130,000+)
