Procurement Operations Business PartnerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Procurement Operations Business Partner to support Infrastructure, IT/Software, and Go-to-Market teams in a fast-paced technology environment.ResponsibilitiesManage procurement processes including requisitions, vendor onboarding, sourcing, contracts, and spend analysis.Partner with Infrastructure, IT/Software, Engineering, Finance, and GTM stakeholders.Support RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.Analyze vendor/spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.Lead procurement process and system improvements.Maintain vendor risk, financial controls, and procurement compliance.Develop process documentation and training materials.Qualifications5+ years of procurement operations, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.Technology/SaaS experience strongly preferred; AI/ML experience is a plus.Experience with Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, or similar procurement platforms.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI experience preferred.Experience supporting Infrastructure, IT/Software, and/or GTM procurement.Strong vendor management, sourcing, and process-improvement experience.Knowledge of vendor risk, financial controls, and procurement compliance.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
