Technician - Hourly

What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and A/C systems Perform preventative maintenance and multi-point inspections Use OEM diagnostic tools and software Document all work clearly and accurately Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership service department What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred) OEM certifications (Mazda a plus — Toyota, Ford, Honda, etc. also welcome) ASE certifications preferred Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various makes and models Experience with flat-rate billing systems Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer $5,000 sign-on bonus Flat-rate pay: $25-$45/hour, based on skill and certifications Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and training opportunities Career advancement in a growing dealership group
