Traffic Inventory ManagerThe Traffic & Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle inventory flow, managing lot organization, coordinating incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales and service departments while maximizing operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include managing and tracking all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, coordinating incoming vehicle shipments and dealer trades, ensuring proper vehicle stocking, lot organization, and display standards, monitoring aging inventory and assisting in inventory turn strategies, maintaining accurate records in the dealership management system, coordinating vehicle preparation, working closely with Sales Managers to prioritize vehicle placement and availability, conducting regular physical inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards.Qualifications include previous automotive dealership experience preferred, strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with inventory management systems / DMS, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
