Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Pay: $80,000 – $95,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time | Travel Nursing Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Work Location: On the road (travel required) Job Description Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinician-owned and operated hospice agency. Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive hospice admissions and patient/family assessments Ensure accurate documentation and appropriate care planning Provide direct patient care as needed, including medication administration and treatments Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression, symptom management, and hospice services Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) 1+ year of skilled nursing experience preferred Hospice or admissions experience preferred (not required) Willingness to travel within assigned service areas Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance Pay & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support and retain hospice nurses.
