DevOps Engineer (AI-Enabled Engineering)
Overview
In this role, you will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, release, and deployment processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud and container environments, ensuring reliable software delivery at scale. You will build automation, scripts, and AI-enabled tooling to improve development productivity and quality. The position offers hands-on work with modern platforms and a chance to influence engineering practices and tooling choices. You will partner with development and validation teams to drive efficiency and adopt new technologies that support the company’s software initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for software build, test, release, and deployment activitiesConfigure and maintain source control, build, release, and ALM tools, including GitHub Enterprise and related integrationsSupport cloud-based and containerized engineering environments using Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve build, integration, deployment, and platform-related issuesImplement automation solutions for software development, testing, validation, reporting, and engineering workflowsDevelop reusable scripts, tools, and automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar programming languagesDesign, develop, integrate AI-enabled engineering solutions that improve software development efficiency, quality, and productivityUtilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, documentation, testing, and engineering productivityCollaborate with software development and validation teams to improve engineering productivity and software delivery processesEvaluate and adopt new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiencyDocument processes, solutions, standards, and best practices
Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, build and release engineering, software automation, or related engineering disciplinesExperience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platformsExperience using GitHub Enterprise, Git, and modern source control practicesExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSExperience with container technologies such as DockerProficiency in troubleshooting and problem solvingStrong communication and collaboration skillsPython scriptingPowerShell or Bash scriptingGitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps CI/CDGitHub Enterprise and modern source control
