This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative execution and people-focused strategy. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, ensure compliance, support employee relations, and help align HR practices with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR administrative functions, including employee records, onboarding, and offboardingMaintain HRIS systems, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with legal requirementsProcess payroll coordination and benefits administrationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsDevelop, update, and enforce company policies and proceduresLead full-cycle recruiting efforts (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring)Coordinate onboarding and orientationServe as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolutionSupport performance management processes, including reviews and coachingPartner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, engagement, and productivityCoordinate training programs and professional development initiativesSupport leadership development and employee growth plansSkills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and complianceExperience handling administrative HR functions (payroll, records, benefits, etc.)Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systemsRecruiting experience, preferably within the service industryMinimum Required Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)37+ years of HR experience, preferably in mid-sized business or fast-growing organizationsHR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent), or willingness to obtain within one year of hire.Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.BenefitsCompetitive salary with quarterly incentive and profit-sharing opportunitiesPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysHealth InsuranceIRA with 3% company matchLife insuranceOpportunities for professional growth and advancementQuarterly team-building events and a supportive, team-oriented cultureThis job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for the role.
