This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who has built their career in *industrial electrical engineering and controls/automation* and has progressed into leading engineers and technical teams. You'll have the opportunity to *lead people, influence engineering strategy, own major projects, and remain technically involved* rather than moving into a purely administrative management role. Experience with a PE license, PMP, advanced degree, reliability engineering, industrial cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, arc-flash programs, or specific industry standards is valuable, *but it is not what will make or break the right candidate.* Why Consider This Opportunity? This isn't just another engineering management position. You'll have the opportunity to: * *Lead and develop a strong technical team* * Remain involved in meaningful engineering decisions * Own significant electrical and automation initiatives * Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning * Influence engineering processes and technical standards * Work directly with senior leadership * Make a measurable impact on reliability, productivity, safety, and operational performance * Build and develop an engineering organization rather than simply maintain one This is a *permanent, direct-hire opportunity* with an established industrial organization.
