Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Large Loss Reconstruction Project Manager, based in Detroit, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing reconstruction projects for large-loss events, overseeing project timelines and quality, coordinating with clients, and managing various aspects of logistics. The Project Manager will also provide on-site inspections, ensure projects meet deadlines, and act as the main point of contact for clients during the restoration process, maintaining clear lines of communication throughout. Qualifications Expertise in Project Management and experience managing large-scale projectsProficiency in Expediting and experience as an ExpeditorKnowledge of Inspection processes and standardsStrong skills in Logistics Management and coordinationAbility to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site flexibilityExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication skills with a focus on client interactionPrevious construction or restoration experience is highly beneficialValid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide as part of the role
