This growing team is working on exciting cutting-edge deals with a senior team that has closed 400+ transactions in their careers.The role offers exposure to high-profile M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across enterprise software, vertical SaaS, and emerging AI-driven platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions end-to-endBuild and maintain detailed financial models (valuation, LBO, operating models)Prepare client materials including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentationsConduct industry research and company analysis within the software sectorCoordinate due diligence processes and manage data roomsWork closely with senior bankers and clients on live deal executionQualifications6-8 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within technology or softwareStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsetSolid understanding of software business models (SaaS metrics, ARR, retention, etc.)Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentIf you're seeking the opportunity to join a growing middle-market bank that offers consistent deal flow in the technology sector and an excellent culture, please reach out to Jordan Pinette at Delmar Nord directly: Jordan@DelmarNord.com
