And when it comes to problem-solving, your creative and analytical abilities shift into high gear.The Work:* Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients' businesses* Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for manufacturing solutions* Act as a Digital manufacturing translator bridging business requirements and Digital manufacturing technology enablers* Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation* Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient* Full lifecycle experience in developing and implementing solution in real world environmentJob Requirements:* Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% from time to time depending on business need and client requirements.QualificationHere's what you Need:* Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing systems and manufacturing environments* Minimum 5 years' experience with ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS integration* Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AI-enabled solutions to manufacturing* Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AWS, Azure, and or GCP solutionsBonus points if:* Demonstrated experience with loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.* Expertise in AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security)* Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing* You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you're passionate about collaboration and teamwork* You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives* You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshopsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
