The team is composed of knowledgeable staff who share the same enthusiasm as their customers. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Hobe Sound, FL location. This on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing leadership to achieve sales and service goals. The Assistant Manager will assist in inventory management, ensure adherence to company policies, help implement business strategies, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Collaboration with management to improve operations and resolving customer concerns are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train and motivate staff and manage performance effectively.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to enhance customer satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.Knowledge of automotive, powersports, or related industries, including familiarity with inventory systems and product offerings, is preferred.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations and addressing any challenges promptly.Proficiency in sales, planning, and execution to achieve targets and contribute to the dealership’s success.Good communication skills for internal coordination and interactions with customers and vendors.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
