Registered Dental AssistantOur modern, patient-centered private dental office in Colleyville, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dentistry in a warm, professional environment where both patients and team members feel valued.Position Overview:The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced private practice.Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during a variety of general and restorative procedures.Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards.Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays).Manage instruments, materials, and sterilization protocols.Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions.Chart accurately and assist with clinical documentation.Support smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.Qualifications:Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required).Current CPR certification.3+ years experience in a private dental practice preferred.Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software (CurveHero experience a plus, but we are willing to train).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).Supportive, team-focused work environment.Consistent schedule with no late evenings.Opportunity to grow with a well-established private practice.Paid time off and additional benefits (to be discussed during interview).Schedule:Full-time (preferred) or part-time opportunity availableMondayThursday 7am - 3pmEvery other Friday 7am - 12pmIf you are a motivated RDA looking to join a friendly, high-quality private dental practice in Colleyville, we would love to hear from you.
