Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Implement, maintain, and tune software and systems. Lead the design and implementation of software solutions. Develop and implement software solutions, standards, processes, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements. Maintain and enhance existing software applications and develop automated test suites. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. 3+ years of progressive relevant industry experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
