Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hudsonville, MI, for a Concrete Coating Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for surface preparation, concrete repair, and the application of coating systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and grinding surfaces, mixing and applying coating materials, and performing touch-ups to ensure a professional finish. Additional tasks include adhering to safety protocols, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Qualifications Experience in surface preparation, concrete repair, and coating applicationProficiency in operating tools and equipment such as grinders, pressure washers, and mixersA strong understanding of workplace safety standards and practicesAttention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishesStrong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and the ability to perform manual laborValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrior experience in concrete coating or construction is a plus, but not required
