Data Analytics AnalystFremont, CAMin 6 monthsJob Responsibilities:Perform operations-based activities to understand the full scope of assigned processes and maintain data integrity.Independently own assigned workflows and follow established processes, controls, and procedures.Analyze asset data, identify trends/issues, recommend process improvements, and support system enhancements for asset management.Define, validate, reconcile, and combine datasets from multiple sources.Analyze and interpret data using quantitative/statistical techniques and communicate findings through written reports, charts, dashboards, or other visual formats.Identify data-quality issues, investigate root causes, and report problems to appropriate stakeholders.Support weekly team deliverables while independently managing side projects and process-improvement initiatives based on business needs.Assist with solution testing, debugging, documentation, and system issue resolution.Analyze repetitive manual activities and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Guidelines, process documentation, and procedure manuals in collaboration with functional leaders, managers, and subject-matter experts.Create process maps, Visio diagrams, workflows, and flowcharts to clearly communicate business processes.Independently gather information from SMEs and translate it into clear and accurate process and technical documentation.Conduct review cycles for new and existing documentation and incorporate stakeholder feedback.Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.Design effective solutions to complex operational and data-related problems.Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communicationAttention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyData analysis and interpretationProcess mapping and workflow developmentSOP / Work Instruction / technical documentationMicrosoft Excel and WordBasic SQL knowledgeEnterprise application experience preferredKnowledge of business/management principles and strategic planningProblem-solving and critical-thinking skillsProcess improvement and automation mindsetUnderstanding of AI technologiesEducationBachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
