As a CNA, you will deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in our health and rehabilitation center. You will assist our residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence.Responsibilities:Care for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residentsAssist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobilityAid in daily tasks such as telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail deliveryLight housekeeping tasks and meal preparationMedication remindersObserve and report changes in residents' condition and statusConduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidentsAssist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean upCompanionship and conversationOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of ageCompletion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification courseAbility to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job dutiesAbility to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respectAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerCaregivers must complete our new hire orientationOur Benefits:401k with a match!Health insurance for the entire familyAdditional holiday pay and overtime hours may apply.Access to online learning 24/7Health insurance for the entire family!Perfect Punch Program; $225 bi-weekly bonusWhy Join Us?:We're an equal opportunity employer.
