This isn’t a desk job—you’ll lead from the front, mentor your team, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment. What You’ll Do Lead & Supervise: Direct your crew in daily plant clean-up operations, ensuring safety and compliance. First Responder: Handle emergencies and incidents, submitting required regulatory documentation. Train & Mentor: Teach proper equipment use, safety procedures, and emergency response. Stay Hands-On: Work alongside your team in the field, setting the example for safety and productivity. Communicate & Report: Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation. Collaborate & Adapt: Work with management to adjust staffing, schedules, and workflow. What You Bring 2–5 years leading teams in heavy industrial environments (mining, construction, manufacturing) MSHA experience preferred Tech-savvy: basic proficiency in Microsoft Office CPR, Forklift, and OSHA 10 certifications (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and takes pride in building safe, high-performing teams.
