Production Supervisor

One of our Clients is hiring for a skilled "Production Supervisor" in Louisville, KY.Your goal is to lead the production floor by scheduling personnel, hitting daily goals, and ensuring the workspace remains safe, high-quality, and efficient.JOB DETAILS:Job Title:- Production SupervisorDuration:- 1 Year (Contract)Location:- Louisville, KY 40245Shift - 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)What You’ll Do:Lead the Team: Assign tasks, manage a diverse workforce, and handle employee attendance and performance reviews.Watch the Quality: Oversee quality systems (SPC, polar charts) and take corrective action to meet customer standards.Improve the Process: Use Lean, Kaizen, and Kanban principles to find better ways to get the work done.Keep it Organized: Report shift results to management and manage employee timesheets in E-time.Required Skills:Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing/assembly; prior supervisory experience in a union environment is a plus.Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in process improvement and project leadership.Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.Drive: You have an excellent attendance record and a strong focus on safety and team coaching. Education:Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
