You'll work with a steady flow of new accounts and use your communication skills to help customers find solutions.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve open accountsUse contact center technology and recovery strategies to locate right-party contactsUnderstand customer situations and recommend appropriate payment plansNegotiate payment terms with empathy, tact, and professionalismRespond effectively to common objections and challenges during collection callsAccurately document interactions and outcomes in CRM systemsFollow all required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocolsMeet monthly performance goals and complete assigned dutiesAttend training sessions and stay current on program updatesAdhere to all attendance and schedule requirementsCandidate Qualifications Wonder if you are a good fit for this position?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
