Lead Technical Program Mgr

Overview In this Lead Technical Program Manager role, you will steer complex, cross-team programs that advance Disney’s streaming services and media platforms. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to map plans, manage risks, and deliver impactful initiatives at scale. The role combines technical literacy with strategic oversight, enabling effective communication to executives and hands-on coordination across multiple technology teams. You’ll help shape delivery processes and leverage AI-driven tools to improve governance and efficiency.
