We are fully remote, with annual in-person company conferences.What the Role IsOur Business Consultants work directly with business owners to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in business performance and value.You will lead structured one-on-one consulting engagements using the Exit Factor system. You will be supported by formal training, certification, and automation systems designed to increase focus and efficiency.This role offers exposure to hundreds of businesses across dozens of industries and is best suited for professionals who already understand how businesses actually operate.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesMeeting with prospective Exit Factor membersLeading structured one-on-one consulting sessions using the Exit Factor methodologyIdentifying operational, financial, and strategic improvement opportunitiesLeveraging online curriculum and tools to support client executionCompleting certification, continuing education, and ongoing professional developmentCoordinating with Member Services to deliver a high-quality client experienceCompensation and Structure1099 independent contractor roleCommission-only compensation plus share of revenue managedAverage effective hourly earnings exceed $200 for active consultantsScalable workload ranging from limited engagement to full-time focusIncome directly tied to value created and clients managedWho We Are Selectively Looking ForWe are looking for professionals with real business judgment – not entry-level coaches.Sales oriented individualFive or more years of experience in Sr leadership or ownershipProven ability to lead conversations with owners and executivesComfort discussing financials, operations, and strategic trade-offsStrong executive presence with clear, confident communicationHigh personal accountability and disciplined time managementEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independentlyStrong technology fluency including CRM systems, Zoom, and collaboration toolsThis Role Is Not for You If...This section is intentional.
