The role focuses on driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise migration programs on GCP, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.Key Skills:GCP (Cloud Build, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run)Terraform (IaC)Cloud Migration & Modernization StrategiesDevOps & CI/CD (Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy)Cloud Security & Governance (IAM, policies)Data Platforms (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)Hybrid Networking (VPN, Interconnect)Microservices, Containers, ServerlessKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end GCP cloud migration programsDefine roadmap, KPIs, governance, and delivery milestonesManage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teamsDrive migration strategies (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect)Ensure adoption of DevOps, automation, and CI/CDAlign business and technical stakeholdersEnsure compliance, security, and regulatory standardsMonitor cost optimization and operational efficiencyMentor teams and engage with leadership (C-level stakeholders)Requirements:14+ years IT experience with enterprise systems exposure5+ years managing large-scale cloud transformation programs (GCP preferred)Strong program management + cloud architecture understandingExperience with Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps transformationExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
