Client Operations Manager

*About the Role* We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy operator who can manage people, processes, and problems all at once. If you’re the type of person who naturally takes ownership, keeps things moving, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks—this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for managing projects, supporting contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly week to week in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. *Key Responsibilities* Project & Client Management * Take ownership of assigned programs after initial sale and setup * Manage project setup including approvals for maps, artwork, and proofs * Coordinate production and ensure all materials are ready for execution * Handle project updates and changes through internal systems and client portals * Ensure all projects are executed according to client expectations and company standards Contractor Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors in your assigned territory * Assign projects and routes to contractors * Communicate expectations, updates, and changes clearly and consistently * Monitor contractor performance and address issues as they arise * Coordinate with recruiting when contractors need to be replaced or additional coverage is required * Ensure contractors are fully prepared and equipped to complete their routes each weekend Operations & Execution * Oversee weekly project execution to ensure reliability, coverage, and consistency * Identify and resolve operational issues quickly * Coordinate with internal teams including mapping, production, and operations * Enter and manage project billing and contractor pay based on contracted terms Technical & Platform Responsibilities Work daily within multiple internal platforms, including: * Routing and mapping tools * Contractor management systems * CRM and customer portals * Task management systems (e.g., Asana or similar) * Review and interpret data from the tech systems to monitor program performance * Submit and manage internal tasks for map updates, changes, and issue resolution * Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems * Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes as the company evolves *Who This Role Is For* * Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Highly organized and detail-oriented by nature * Comfortable managing multiple programs and priorities at once * Strong communicator who can work with both contractors and internal teams * Confident holding people accountable without direct authority * Very comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly * A problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction Qualifications * Strong computer and technical skills — must be highly comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms * Excellent organizational and multitasking ability * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize effectively * Experience in operations, logistics, or contractor/vendor management preferred * Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
