About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities
Interpret medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to diagnose conditions.
Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to discuss findings and recommend further testing or treatment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the use of imaging equipment.
Provide consultations for dermatology, wound care, psychiatry, Ob/Gyn, and public health concerns as needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Stay updated on advancements in radiology techniques and technologies.
Educate patients about procedures and address any concerns regarding their imaging studies.
Skills
Proficiency in interpreting a variety of imaging modalities including but not limited to X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
Knowledge of dermatology practices and standards related to imaging.
Experience in wound care management and its implications in radiological assessments.
Familiarity with psychiatric evaluations related to imaging findings.
Understanding of public health principles as they relate to radiological practices.
Ability to perform Botulinum toxin treatment when applicable within the scope of practice.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
