Customer Service Representative/Account Manager

MM TILE & STONE is a tile wholesaler in Anaheim CA, we stock natural stone materials and sell to our customers all around the west coast.
Basic Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Customer Representative will work in an office environment, handling numerous
calls and emails from customers daily. Responsibilities include managing QuickBooks
to create estimates, purchase orders, invoices, bills, and other necessary records.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. QuickBooks Records (35%): Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts,
including the creation of estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and bills.
2. Email Follow-Ups (20%): Respond to customer emails promptly and efficiently.
3. Freight & Ground Shipping Schedules & Follow-Ups (15%): Coordinate and
follow up on shipping schedules.
4. Excel / Google Drive Data Entry or Search (10%): Perform data entry and
searches as required.
5. Customer Calls (10%): Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via
phone.
6. Assistance to Office Manager (5%): Support the Office Manager with various
tasks.
7. Other Office Duties (5%): Perform additional office-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting and Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in the tile and stone market.
Job Duties:
Manage QuickBooks accounts and purchase orders from customers.
Transfer purchase orders to vendors.
Manage pricing, prepare invoices, and follow up on receivables.
Communicate promptly and effectively with customers and vendors.
Record customer and vendor information.
Perform price analysis from suppliers abroad.
Execute any other duties assigned by the employer.
Position Details:

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift
Location: Anaheim, CA 92805 (in-person)
Salary: $23.50 per hour

Additional Information:
The Employee is expected to perform all necessary job functions and other duties as
assigned. This position requires the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Anaheim,
CA 92805 before starting work.
