Collaborating with a global team of Project Managers and Technical Business Analysts. Writing clean, efficient, and modular Python code with an emphasis on maintainability and performance. Participating in code reviews and pair programming learning from senior developers and sharing your knowledge in return. Staying focused on high-impact development with minimal distractions, no unnecessary meetings, reports, or bureaucracy. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (programming and custom module creation) is a must. Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo's ORM. Solid understanding of Odoo module architecture and business workflows. Ability to write clean code, and deliver high-quality solutions. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Good communication skills in English (you'll be working with international clients and team members). A true team player, collaborative, curious, and always ready to help or learn.
