At C&M Carting Solutions, no job is too big or small for our team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junk Removal Team Member at our location in Cornwall, CT. The team member will be responsible for safely removing and transporting unwanted items, assisting with residential and commercial cleanouts, performing light demolition tasks, and properly sorting and disposing of materials in accordance with company protocols. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a clean and safe worksite, interacting with customers professionally, and maintaining the company’s equipment and vehicles. Qualifications Ability to safely lift, load, and transport various types of materials and equipmentStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyGood communication and customer service skills to interact respectfully and professionally with clientsBasic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow company guidelinesValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment in different weather conditionsPrevious experience in junk removal, light demolition, or related fields is a plus but not required
