Legal Case Manager

Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients to keep them updated on the status of their case Foster strong client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the case. Monitor clients' treatment progress and document any changes to their treatment plan in our case management system Gather relevant information, records, and bills from clients, medical providers, and insurance agents Maintain accurate documentation in our case management platform in real time. Coordinate with health insurers and lien holders to ensure timely payment of medical bills. Collaborate with other members of the team to collect materials for settlement demands and other pre-litigation documents Negotiate reductions in liens and outstanding medical bills upon settlement. Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines Prior experience with case management software preferred but not required About Company Skinner Accident and Injury Lawyers is an established and growing law firm that has earned the trust and respect of the community it has served for nearly 50 years.
