Forward Deployed Engineer- ServiceNow

Overview In this role you will help clients turn GenAI ambition into enterprise-scale impact by delivering AI-powered solutions within a ServiceNow-focused FDE pod. You work closely with client and technical teams to prototype and deploy high-value GenAI use cases, balancing quality, safety, and performance. You’ll mentor juniors, contribute reusable assets, and drive measurable business outcomes from day one. This is a hands-on engineering, client-facing role with a focus on scalable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesEmbed with clients to translate business needs into GenAI-enabled solutionsLead sessions with stakeholders to shape delivery and drive outcomesPrototype and deliver working AI solutions leveraging industry capabilitiesDevelop scalable AI engineering patterns, tooling approaches, and human-in-the-loop controlsDeliver production-quality code with strong testing, CI/CD, logging, and documentationContribute reusable assets (code, prompt libraries, runbooks, references) and mentor team members Key requirementsBachelor in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering (or equivalent)3+ years in software/data/analytics engineering1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions1+ years building reliable, well-documented codeAbility to travel ~50%4+ years of ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience2 full life cycle ServiceNow implementationsCAD certification and hands-on ServiceNow development experience across Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, App Engine, Now Platform APIsClaude/GitHub-related tooling experience (Claude Code, MCP integrations)Scripting in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobsclient engagement and relationship buildingstrong communication with senior stakeholdersmentoring and leadership of junior team membersGenAI/LLM solutionsServiceNow platform and Now Assist capabilitiesNow Platform APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, App Engine
