Wisconsin Kenworth in Madison is seeking a talented individual to take on a full-time Warranty Administrator position! This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful dealer group!ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the branch warrantyFosters effective and timely communication between branch departmentsCommunicates and coordinates with supervisor on warranty rejections and processing issuesOverall responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of warranty take-off area and warranty receivable schedulesMaintain a warranty process that is timely, thorough, and accuratePrimary DutiesFile warranty claimsOperate word processing and spreadsheet computer programsKeep receivable schedules clean and updatedShip heavy-duty truck parts to various vendorsProcess and update customer information into dealer software system and databasesProcess and file paperwork such as sales, parts, and service documentation per supervisor directionLiaison with the corporate office on receivable schedule issuesFill in as service counter contact as neededAnswer multi-line telephone, directing calls and taking messages as requiredGreet customers and handle their questions and concerns quickly, efficiently and professionallyAccept payments for products and services provided and ensure transaction is documented accordinglyOther office duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:Associate's degree (AA) in an office-related field is highly preferred3-5 years of related experience, supervisory experience preferredUnderstanding of double entry accounting principlesManagement skills to include decision making abilities, organizational and leadership skillsAbility to demonstrate and display office protocols to staff and other departmentsMust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results drivenAbility to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneouslyEffective written and oral communication skillsComputer skills with an emphasis on word processing and spreadsheet programsAbility to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 10 hour day
