Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in trademark law including handling trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters (including on-line enforcement and Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy proceedings) as well as counseling clients in the development of filing and enforcement strategies both in the U.S. and internationally. Experience with inter partes proceedings is a plus. Candidates should be well versed in both domestic and international trademark practices. Copyright experience is also useful. Candidates must be licensed with a state bar.
