And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!The Project Controls Analyst II/III/Sr. will provide project controls support to Williams' engineering and construction project managers. This role is also responsible for the performance tracking of projects according to our project controls and capital management standards. The ability to collaborate and welcome the ideas and input of others, develop solutions to solve sophisticated problems that improve performance, efficiency and safety and drive tasks to successful completion are keys to success!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Collaborates with others to create, monitor and maintain cost analyses, financial forecasts and schedules for major and mega expansions and projectsPerforms applicable analyses to drive additional understanding of project status through the life cyclePrepares and communicates project-related reports to business partners and leadersSupports the Project Change Request process and Project Risk Analysis, including schedule and costEngages in ad hoc analyses and reportingMay step in for project manager to provide leader updatesMentors and trains othersOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Project Controls Analyst Senior:Required: High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum six (6) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experiencePreferred: Master’s degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum eight (8) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experienceProject Controls Analyst III:Required: High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum three (3) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experiencePreferred: Master's degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum five (5) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experienceProject Controls Analyst II:Required: High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum two (2) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experiencePreferred: Master’s degree in engineering, construction science or business and minimum four (4) years’ project, project controls, engineering or related experienceOther Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficient use of Microsoft Office applicationsProficiency of Project Life CycleExpertise with project-related software systems (ex. Primavera, Oracle Projects) and ability to train othersPreferred: Primavera P5 experiencePreferred: PMP Certification, PMI-SP Certification or AACE CertificationTravel up to 10%, Provides project controls support to Williams' Engineering and Construction project managers. Monitors and tracks budgets and expenditures. Updates and tracks project schedules. Provides project forecasts based on contracting plan and schedule progress. Publishes and tracks earned value metrics for capital projects. Manages the performance tracking of projects with regard to Williams' project controls and capital management standards.
