This role translates Digital Delivery Services (DDS) strategy into operational reality by overseeing people, workflows, tools, and standards to ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes.This role serves as a team leader and delivery integrator, balancing leadership with active participation in project delivery. This role also remains engaged in real project conditions by resolving complex delivery challenges, supporting high-impact execution, and ensuring digital delivery approaches are practical, scalable, and aligned with project needs.Essential Job Functions & AccountabilitiesDelivery Management, Planning & ExecutionManages digital delivery performance across assigned projects, sectors, or portfoliosAnalyzes project scope, complexity, and delivery requirements to determine appropriate digital delivery approachDevelops or contributes to project-specific digital delivery execution plans, including workflows, resourcing, and tool alignmentEnsures DDS workflows, standards, and tools are applied consistently and effectively across projectsMonitors delivery quality, efficiency, and adherence to digital delivery processesStandards Enforcement, Tools & Process AdoptionDrives adoption and enforcement of Digital Delivery standards, ensuring consistent application of tools, platforms, and workflows across projects and addressing non-compliance directlyPartners with Digital Delivery Specialists to deploy and operationalize tools, automations, and advanced workflows across active projectsIdentifies execution gaps and provides feedback to DDS leadership to inform continuous improvement and strategic evolutionLeads or supports training, onboarding, and enablement efforts to ensure successful outcomes.Metrics, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTracks delivery performance indicators (quality, efficiency, utilization, risk) across projectsProvides clear reporting to DDS leadership on team capacity, performance, and trendsUses direct project involvement to validate performance metrics and identify root causes of delivery challengesContributes to continuous improvement initiatives, pilot efforts, and maturity growth of Digital Delivery,Team Leadership & DevelopmentDirectly manages Digital Delivery staffAssigns work, balances workloads, and forecasts resource needs in coordination with DDS leadership Coaches team members on technical growth, workflow execution, and professional development Supports performance reviews, goal setting, and career progression planning.Reinforces accountability, consistency, and quality across the teamCore CompetenciesCommunicationKeeps others well informed and prioritizes audiences, accuracy, and timeliness. Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)10 or more years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, Design Technology, or related delivery rolesA minimum of 2 years leadership/management experience preferred.Strong understanding of project delivery environments and multidisciplinary coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage people, priorities, and competing demandsDemonstrated experience managing complex project delivery, coordinating across multiple teams, and applying digital delivery workflowsMaintains active proficiency in digital delivery tools, (i.e. Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Python, Revit, Navisworks, etc.) workflows, and coordination practicesMust demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.Physical & Other RequirementsOther duties as assigned.Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.Occasional travel may be required (10-15%).Ability to read, write and communicate in English.Let's Talk PerksWe take care of our people.
