Member Specialist & Sales Associate

Member Specialist (Sales & Member Experience) Rogue Parkour Gym – San Diego, CA Rogue Parkour Gym is looking for a friendly, confident, and people-oriented Member Specialist to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, having conversations, and guiding families toward the right programs — without pushy or high-pressure sales tactics. If you like building relationships, following up with leads, and being part of a positive, active community, this could be a great fit. What This Role Is Really About This position does involve sales, but not the kind that scares people off. No cold calling No hard selling No quotas hanging over your head Our sales approach is consultative and relationship-based. You’ll be helping parents and athletes who already expressed interest in our programs, answering questions, following up with leads, and guiding them toward the option that best fits their goals. Think: helpful conversations, not pressure. Key Responsibilities Follow up with incoming leads (phone, text, and email) Talk with parents and athletes about programs, classes, and memberships Help new families understand parkour and choose the right starting option Book trial classes and assist with sign-ups Provide excellent front-desk customer service to current members Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM Support daily operations and keep the front desk welcoming and organized Schedule & Availability Around 10 - 20 hours per week Includes evenings and weekends Pay & Compensation $17.85–$18.85 per hour, depending on experience Commission opportunities up to $150 or more per week for motivated team members Paid training and ongoing support What We’re Looking For Comfortable talking with people and building rapport Confident communicator (in person, on the phone, and via text/email) Organized and reliable Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Must be open to learning our systems and sales process Enjoys working in a family-focused, active environment Why Work at Rogue Parkour Gym?
