Apply via Dice today!Location & Work ArrangementCity, State: Atlanta, GeorgiaWork Arrangement: Hybrid (Telework is encouraged with some days in the office required; specific schedule TBD).Contract: This is a Contract position.Mode of Interview: Either In person or Webcam.Note: Local Candidates Only due to the hybrid requirement.Core Training And System ResponsibilitiesThe specialist will act as a consultant and trainer, blending technical HRIS knowledge with effective adult learning methodologies.Training Delivery & DevelopmentWorkday Training: Deliver training and content related to the State's HRIS, Workday (GA@WORK).Multiple Methods: Conduct instructor-led training both virtually and in-person to deliver HRA-approved courses to state entity staff. Experience delivering training through multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia) is required (2+ years).Content Maintenance: Maintain and update training course materials, exercises, hand-outs, and exams to reflect best practices and incorporate changes in policies, processes, forms, or systems.System Utilization: Utilize systems training environments and related tools to lead student activities.Talent Solutions ConsultationRecruiting Best Practices: Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on best practices, including talent pool optimization, creating internship programs, interviewing, and using Workday to streamline the recruiting process.Program Management: Apply strong program management and administration skills to organize, manage details, and keep multiple training tasks/projects on track.Data Analysis: Analyze relevant GA@WORK-related data and generate graphic and narrative reports and presentations to support continuous program improvement.LMS AdministrationLMS Maintenance: Assist with maintenance of the HRA's Learning Management System (LMS).Administrative Support: Respond to requests for enrollment in learning paths, courses, or exams and handle other administrative activities.Required And Preferred QualificationsFocus AreaRequirement StatusKey Expertise & KnowledgeExperienceRequiredHigh school diploma/GED + 3 years of job-related experience in human resources OR 1 year experience equivalent to the HR Spec 2 level.Training DeliveryRequired (2 Years)Experience delivering training through multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual).CommunicationRequiredAbility to communicate effectively and credibly (verbally and in writing) with audiences at all levels.Technology/ToolsRequiredAptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis; proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).HRIS/WorkdayDesired (1 Year)Experience using Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization/Management) or other Workday modules as an administrator or trainer.Systems TrainingDesired (1 Year)General HRIS systems training experience.
