Join us and step confidently into a more prosperous future.ResponsibilitiesExecute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner CallConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homesWrite and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyersTrack activities and clients with PLACE TechnologyQualificationsYou are an experienced real estate professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to service, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients. You understand the importance of lead follow-up, consistency, and creating a client experience that generates long-term business.You are coachable, growth-minded, and open to implementing systems that improve efficiency, conversion, and scalability.
