Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Job Title – LNA Contract - 14 Weeks Pay rate - $25/hr. to $27/hr. Location - Concord, NH Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including acute care, medical-surgical units, memory care facilities, and emergency medicine environments. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support in patient mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as directed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Participate in training programs to enhance skills in areas such as ICU care or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a nursing assistant training program is preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required. Experience in patient care settings such as inpatient units, clinics, or emergency medicine is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients safely.
