Customer Service Associate
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Computer skilled required
Basic math skills required
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Set up new customer accounts.
Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy.
Interpersonal skills & communication skills - verbal and written (English & Spanish preferred).
Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters.
Lift and handle less than or equal to 25 pounds.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
