Here are the job position details for your review: Job Title: MicrobiologistPay Rate: $25/HRDuration:12 monthsJob Requisition: HN0011553Location: Stamford, CT Shift timing - 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time - 4 Days a week (Monday to Thursday) - 32 hours per week, depending on the workload Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.We are looking for a Microbiologist.The position will be working as part of the microbiology laboratory team performing standard microbiological tests, such as preservative effectiveness, microbial limits testing, time-kill kinetic studies, and in vivo testing. This position will support the business with brands such as Dial, Persil, all, and Purex. Your main responsibilities will be preparing large amounts of microbiological media, using an autoclave, handling live microorganisms per standard procedures, performing basic microbiological testing, dishwashing, and reporting results. At times, the position may require working independently once training is completed.Qualifications:Preferred experience working in a microbiology laboratory or a degree in Microbiology or working on a degree in Microbiology with basic lab courses.Comments/Special Instructions32 hours per week, depending on the workload
